Since 2012, we've been the premier online retailer of Pelican Elite Coolers. But our story didnât start in 2012. In 2002 Beam Distributing, our parent company, was founded in a garage to distribute Pelican flashlights. Beam Distributing quickly grew and developed a reputation across the nation as a dedicated and reliable supplier of Pelican lights and hard cases. When Pelican launched their rotomolded coolers in 2012, Adventure Ready was born. From the beginning, our mission has been for our customer service to match the products we sell: the high level of performance over the long haul.
Weâve been there for every new release and every innovationâfrom the introduction of the wheeled coolers in 2015 to the transition to injection molded coolers in 2016 to the release of the soft coolers in 2017. And it hasnât just been coolers. We offer cooler accessories, drinkware, backpacks & duffels, and Pelican cases & dry boxes.
Our long history of working with Pelican has allowed us to offer goods that no other retailer has. We have unique colors that canât be found anywhere else, from the lime green/grey, our first custom color, to the new coral/white. And since 2018 we have had replacement hardware available for coolers from every generation.
In the last seven years, a lot has changed, but our commitment to offering the best products and the best service to our customers hasnât. At the end of 2018 Pelican decided for the first time in their history to sell directly to consumers. This changed our relationship, and weâve determined that we are ready for the change.
